Main achievements: ⮚ 7 new brands launched on consignment with high margin (10 more were in the waiting list), new brands generated annual 650K AED incremental gross margin, without affecting the performance of the current pillar brands, such as Seiko, Fossil, RW. ⮚ Brands and stores analyzed customer nationality wise, correction of the brands presence for each particular store. Brand density analytics per each store based on store space occupied by brand, reduced presence of certain brands and clearing space, giving opportunities for new brands. ⮚ Successful launch of Net Promoter System via Net Promoter Score (NPS): overall AF Group retail score was 36, AF Watches and Jewelry POS score achieved 73, due to training and implementation Customer Centricity mindset to all retail staff. ⮚ Implemented new retail marketing approach (visual merchandising, new promotion ideas, 3D images, interactive displays) with result 30% growth of customers database. ⮚ Changed sales team management type: new approach of motivation based on rewards and share of best experience, different incentive programs for the staff. ⮚ Besides the strategic annual marketing plan fulfillment, tactical marketing activities focused on footfalls generation and urgent support in critical stores in retail. ⮚ Revised current contractual terms and conditions with International and local suppliers, this allowed to get incremental gross margin from 10% to 15%. ⮚ Planning and implementing successful sales events aimed on aged stock liquidation, new idea to organize them inside the Malls (DFC Mall) instead of using street retail stores increased the efficiency on 50%. (We were the first in UAE who organized 3 -days sales event after Covid-19 lockdown, reduced annual aged stock provision 100%) ⮚ Our store in DFC Mall was recognized as one of the best stores for fulfillment Government requirements for COVID-19 safety precautions after lockdown.
