My childhood dream was to be one of the best chefs in the world. When I turned 14 years old, I was in the kitchen for the first time and since then it has become my home. I can't imagine my life without a kitchen now. Creating the perfect food was my life's work. After graduating from high school, I went to culinary school and it was one of the best decisions of my life. After graduating from college, I realized that I wouldn't make my career as a world chef in Belarus, and I found an opportunity to fly to Dubai for my dream. At the age of 19, I fly to work in Grand Hyatt Dubai as Commies without knowing English, not knowing anyone in this big city, but with a huge dream. It was a difficult journey. I spent the weekend in the best restaurants in Dubai, such as (le petite maison, Zuma and others). After a while I was honored to work with Michelin chefs and one of them was Heinz Beck. Two years later I was invited to open a 5-star Accor hotel in Ukraine. Then a couple more restaurants. Cooking is my passion and my life. I am always looking for opportunities to study, work and go to my dreams. I am sure that my skills and experience make me an ideal candidate for your company and team.
