Organization and execution of work on the purchase of the (GSE) and tools for the maintenence department of the airline. • Organization of work for Continued Airworthiness for the regional airline fleet Let-410UVP • Organization of work and effective communication of production units and divisions of the airline on the basis of: - formed by him and approved by the General Director of the operational plans of the airline; - optimization of the resource allocation by departments; - developed a communication system (information system for elucidate and evaluation of progress); - setting goals and forming plans for the individual structural parts of the airline; monitoring the implementation of plans of departments; - participation in the development strategy of the airline. • Conducting a financial and economic analysis airline operations on the route network. • Organization of office work in the airline legal and economic elaborate contracts, agreements etc., preparation of documents.
