Responsibilities: Check the Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments; Control and approve the Method Statements submitted by the Subcontractors, ensuring their correct application on the field; ELS ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities; ELS directly participates to the HSE activities at the site as defined for his position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures; Check that the said schedule is kept to, and to promote action to recover any delay; Check that the equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractor are adequate and that the works performed by the Subcontractor conform to design documents, Safety regulations, and to the Quality level fixed by the same; Perform inspections and sign the necessary certificates as per Site Inspection Plans; Prepare the non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and co-ordinate nonconformity resolution; Detect any design errors, and where possible rectify the same or request the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes.

Work on the international project on the development of the South Tambey gas condensate field (UTGKM), construction of the three technological line for gas cleaning, separation and liquefaction, the Yamal LNG plant in Sabetta. General description of the work: Management of subcontractors as a general contractor company. Subcontractors perform electrical installation work (power lines, transformer substations, electricity supply to consumers of the 1st category, uninterrupted lines), commissioning and work to eliminate the customer's comments. Interaction with suppliers of electrotechnical equipment, electrotechnical laboratory, presentation of objects to representatives of the customer. Direction and control of electrical installation works: - Provision of visual inspection of the electrical installation works; - Control over the work of subcontractors; - Control during the reception, transmission and testing of electrical equipment; - Checking the performance of electrical work for compliance with procedures, electrical installation technologies, production plans, safety requirements during work; - Checking the results of the work with the quality control department; - Supervision of the safe conduct of related works; - In disputable situations - independent adoption of technical and organizational solutions. Administrative functions: -Report on all identified inconsistencies, work quality control acts, measures to eliminate inconsistencies to the line manager (head of the electrical equipment and instrumentation department); - Monitoring the elimination of comments, inconsistencies, a report on the elimination of identified violations, acceptance of work performed; - Participation in weekly and unscheduled meetings of the expert group on electrical equipment and instrumentation; - Participation in the preparation and coordination of technical requests, instructions for the construction site; - Control of preparation for work in winter conditions. In accordance with the requirements of occupational safety and health; - Direct coordination and signing of work permits for teams of subcontractors.
