Input control of project equipment: KARACHAGANAK PROJECT - Test Separators Upgrade, NSS - Rozhkovskoye Gas Field Development Project. Inspection of all control documents. Inspection of all cabinets with general arrangement drawings, equipment labels and warning signs, physical condition of cabinet and fastening of components and assemblies: PCS Transmission Station Distribution Cabinet, SIS System Cabinet. Visual and physical inspection of protective grounding device installation, visual inspection of protective grounding wiring and wire size. Visual and physical inspection of device grounding type and installation. Visually inspect power supply installations (both primary and secondary). diode module settings and wiring, power distribution circuit breaker installation, power distribution fuse rating, AC power wiring and insulation size, DC power wiring and insulation size, cabling. Visual verification of part/serial numbers of all equipment cabinets and server cabinets. Verification of power redundancy: primary and secondary power supply contacts, alarms. Check the status of the emergency contact on the terminal block in the cabinet. Checking the presence of LED indicators in the server network, all switches. Checking all PC equipment, SIS equipment, power supply redundancy, network redundancy, fault tolerance equipment, SCADA equipment check.
