Main responsibility: - Permanent representative of ISS on the project; - Communication with the Customer on requests and ensuring their timely execution on a daily basis; - Competent project management through timely communication and planning; -Preparation, planning and protection of quarterly KPIs (key performance indicator); -Preparing presentations and conducting annual BPR (business performance review); -Managing the service team on the project during the preparation and implementation of festive events at the request of the Customer; - Expansion and inclusion of creative aspects within the framework of its own initiative in accordance with incoming requests and proposals from the Customer; - Readiness to work in the conditions of planned and unscheduled repair works of the Customer with an increase in the total amount of work on the project (periods of shutdown activity); - Maintaining and monitoring HSE requirements and sanitary regulations on the project; - Responsibility for the implementation of the instructions of the Executive and Customer management, including control over the implementation in the company's divisions on the project; - Daily communication with the Customer during daily, weekly, quarterly and annually meetings, forums, as well as maintaining and observing the rules of corporate correspondence, representing the company's face on all contractual issues related to the project; - Collecting and preparing information on offers from the Customer's company and the Contractor's company; -Management of production processes related to nutrition on the project from the formation of applications and delivery of foodstuffs, to the preparation and served the cooked/ready to eat products; - Participation in the development of monthly and special menu types at the Customer's request; - Managing all current communication processes on behalf of the Contractor's company with representatives of other Contracting companies on the project; -Development of planned procedures and organization of competent document management of the Contractor's company on the project; - Monitoring the activities of the company's supply Department and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality products at an optimal price; - Control over recruitment, training and development of the company's personnel on the project; -Development and implementation of a system for encouraging the best employees of the company on the project; - Responsibility for preparing weekly reports for the Contractor's company and the Customer; - Responsibility for preparing monthly reports, including budget reports for the Contractor and the Customer's company; -Responsible for the preparation of the current reporting HSE; - Responsibility for competent budget optimization in the preparation and implementation of commercial quotas for the Customer's company; -Creation and maintenance of budget tracking reports, ensuring proper transmission of documentation for the accounting Department; - Responsibility for planning and allocating budget funds allocated for catering canteens on the project, within the framework of the current contract; - Identify and solve problems that may affect the company's sales and revenue on the project; -Organization and planning of the catering Department on the project, taking into account the preferences and requests of representatives of the Customer's company; - Consideration and search for opportunities to develop their own skills and knowledge that contribute additional financial income and improve the company's image on the project; -Ensuring the updating of HACCP document flow and compliance with the Russian legislation in the framework of the HSE on the project; - Organization of work of facility managers in the field of understanding and execution of company procedures on the project; -High adaptability and professional experience in solving problems related to the organization of service on the project; -Creative thinking, approach and understanding of the psychology of employees working in the catering business; - Energetic, with many years of experience to work effectively in the dynamic atmosphere of the hospitality industry
