Management of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Projects 1) “Building Inclusive Labour Markets in Kazakhstan: A Focus on Youth, Older Workers and People with Disabilities”. The main goal of the Project: to analyze the key problems associated with the employment of these population groups in Kazakhstan, and to identify appropriate strategic actions to improve the labor market and social prospects for socially disadvantaged groups of the population. 2) “Building effective national skills strategies”. The main goal of this OECD Project: to provide a strategic assessment of the skills system in Kazakhstan with a view to technically assist in building an effective national skills strategy to support future economic and social development.
