Start-up created in university by 5 university students. WaterMe is a automatically watering system for flower pots. Being universal, it can be attached to any pot, with a reservoir for water. Taking a photo of a flower lets our app recognize type of flower and assign optimal watering schedule and dosage. I was there Project Manager and also Marketing Manager because of limitations on number of members. Was responsible for Project Planning, Budgeting, leading and controlling the project during whole duration, research on marketing channels, surveys, creation of business plan.
