Junior Project Manager

Transatlantic International is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our dynamic Global Business Development team. This individual will be tasked with identifying, establishing contact with, and introducing new brands to the market. They will collaborate with various departments including marketing, logistics, and sales to ensure a seamless and efficient brand launch process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining detailed progress reports and regularly updating project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics and other internal departments and external parties to align objectives and strategies for successful brand launch.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met.
• Be involved in the project execution, according to the outlined priorities.
• Prepare and present progress reports, tracking all project-related metrics and providing updates to key stakeholders.
• Search for new potential suppliers and establish and maintain strong contact with production plants and brand representatives to ensure successful launches.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, brand management, or a related role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
