Reports to Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Location: Moscow
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage Talent Development Programs for the organization
- Design and implement new development formats for talents (webinars, workshops, master-classes, career marathons, coaching and mentoring sessions, 360 assessment, etc.)
- Design and deliver trainings for people managers in terms of talent management (career dialogs, potential evaluation, feedback, etc.)
- Manage talent solutions:
- Planning of Talent
- Annual Talent Review to understand and create an internal pipeline of top talents
- Career development
- Design a process of Talent Review in the internal information system, train managers and employees
- Prepare analytics of talent management programs efficiency
- Support performance appraisal cycle in the organization
- Deliver an employee engagement survey in the organization, prepare data after the survey for managers, facilitate focus groups with employees, drive improvements initiatives
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3+ years experience in intranational company in Talent Management
- Professional certification (facilitation skills, personality inventory, strengths assessments)
- Assessors experience is a plus
- Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices
- Excellent understanding of key trends, best practices in talent management
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills
