Talent Development Manager

Reports to Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

Location: Moscow

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage Talent Development Programs for the organization
• Design and implement new development formats for talents (webinars, workshops, master-classes, career marathons, coaching and mentoring sessions, 360 assessment, etc.)
• Design and deliver trainings for people managers in terms of talent management (career dialogs, potential evaluation, feedback, etc.)
• Manage talent solutions:

1. Planning of Talent
2. Annual Talent Review to understand and create an internal pipeline of top talents
3. Career development

• Design a process of Talent Review in the internal information system, train managers and employees
• Prepare analytics of talent management programs efficiency
• Support performance appraisal cycle in the organization
• Deliver an employee engagement survey in the organization, prepare data after the survey for managers, facilitate focus groups with employees, drive improvements initiatives

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years experience in intranational company in Talent Management
• Professional certification (facilitation skills, personality inventory, strengths assessments)
• Assessors experience is a plus
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices
• Excellent understanding of key trends, best practices in talent management
• Excellent communication skills

• Upper-Intermediate English is a plus
