Reporting System Manager

Reporting to Commercial excellence director

Goal of position: to create reporting system in Power BI consistent and customized for different levels of management and support lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Determine key requirements and information needs trough cross-functional interaction with key departments and champion development and implementation plans
• Mentor and provide direction to Analytics team members to ensure accuracy and availability of effective reporting
• Drive coordination with IT to manage the reporting environment to provide the most efficient delivery of key metrics and information
• Enhance analytical capabilities beyond ComEx and coordinate effective participation in user training, supplying direction on content

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, engineering, technology, or relevant field preferably
• Over 3 years of relevant business analytics experience
• Proven experience in reporting creation
• Applied expertise in Power BI, QlikView, Tableau
• Strong project management experience
• Deep understanding of Business processes and their cross dependence
• Well-established communication and stakeholder’s management capabilities
