Brand Manager Beauty (Makeup)

•Manage marketing mix for the category, roll out and course correct product strategy

•Define and roll out winning growth plans for key brands / segments / products

•Prepare detailed flow and 360 support plan for each of the products within the portfolio (promo cadence, media & SMM / field support / sampling / education / digital focuses)

•Create, carry out and post-evaluate marketing campaigns with 360 communication to maximize representatives penetration and create new customers inflow

•Prepare analytics on segments / products performance, strategic initiatives and 360 support results, implement learnings into future planning

•Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to capture market opportunities

•Cooperate with Local R&D team and Global brand team developing concepts relevant to RU consumer

•Cooperate with Local R&D and Procurement teams to ensure target cost level on the products within portfolio that enables to keep competitive pricing in parallel with high quality standards

•Ensure consistent positioning and communication for brands within portfolio

•Work with Planning & RGM, Creative, Media, Analytics, Sales, Digital, R&D, Supply chain, Demand planning, Finance teams to ensure planned business KPIs execution

•Higher education in marketing / economics

•2 years of brand marketing experience

•Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

•Outstanding communication skills

•Leadership skills, project management

•Fluent English
