Обязанности:

Analysis of incoming ITB for potential projects from Client, defining the scope of work and preparation of the technical proposal;
Selection of the candidates for the new projects;
Coordinate the I&C “Core office team” and PMC teams;
Executing the role as Lead I&C Engineer on the early stage of the new projects;
Supervise the design subcontractors, suppliers, Main Automation/Security/Telecom/MES Contractors and being responsible for all project activities;
Checking of the working load subcontractors’ team, competency and requirement resources.
Work activities across all phases of projects, including ITB; Conceptual Studies; Basic; FEED; EPC Pre-contract activities; Detailed Design; Procurement; Commissioning
Estimation of the project’s manhours;
Planning and Control the working load of the I&C discipline;
Schedule and coordinate work to deadlines and within financial budgets for the project;
Ensure CAPEX control through all stages of the project by counting BoQ and the number of I/O signals;
Preparation the reports to Head of Engineering Department;
Ensure development of Instrument, Control, Fire Detection, Security and Telecom Systems deliverables as required on a project;
Ensure overall supervision and check of the subcontractor’s designers in the execution of the project and development of project deliverables;
Ensure Issue quality within the project;
Manage design changes within project budget and schedule framework;
Ensure compliance with the work scope and with applicable standards;
Ensure collection of lesson learns from previous similar projects and applying in the design performance
Participation in design reviews, value engineering, environmental and operability reviews (HAZOP, SIL)

Требования:

Master Degree in Automation Engineering (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical)
At least 12 years experience on the EPC – Projects of Oil&Gas, Petrochemical Industry
At least 5 years experience as an I&C Lead/Head of I&C Discipline
Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Oil and Gas and Refining Industries
Knowledge & understanding with the Instrument, Control, Security and Telecom Systems principles: P&ID, Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Safety Instrumented Function (SIF); Distributed Control System; Gas Detection System; Instrument Asset Management System; Advanced Process Control (Model Predictive Control (MPC) with function Real Time Optimization (RTO) applications)
Experience in managing a project team (more than 10 subordinates) and being responsible for all design review and associated activities.
Experience in the design, evaluation and specification of Instrument, Control, Security and Telecom Engineering deliverables
