We are looking for: An order processing Specialist for a global collaborative service team

The ultimate goal of this role is process incoming purchase orders from our customers, ensure their compatibility with prior issued quotations and technical specifications and, in case of discrepancies, either to resolve them independently, or to escalate their resolution.

Responsibilities:

Processing of purchase orders, documentation in internal CRM and ERP systems.

Comparison of the initially issued quotations with the incoming purchase orders.

Resolution of discrepancies with customers and with internal departments.

Escalation of complex cases.

A successful candidate:

Primary requirement: Speaks fluently and conducts business correspondence (at level of B2 or higher) in English.

Is ready to solve problems that differ from the base scenario.

Shows willingness to work overtime (paid).

Is available to work according to USA business hours.

Former experience in international logistics and/or project management / order management

Experience in automotive industry or machine building is a plus

Wants to work in a fast growing business environment.

Is willing to systematise own work, to participate in the task of process automation.

Has a comfortable workplace with stable internet access and the possibility to participate in conference calls (position is 100% home office).

Working conditions:

Remote full-time job. Working hours from 16.00 Moscow time

Fixed rate depending on the career level.

Overtime hours are compensated.
