A company specializing in Airbnb short-term rental management in Vancouver (Canada) is looking for a Guest Support Specialist (fully remote job). In the past year, we have been maintaining more than 100 units and have had over 5000 guests.

Job description:

We provide 24/7 Guest Support online and over the phone. You will be in communication with the guests during your 8-hour shift, responding to inquiries, coordinating with the Cleaning Team, etc.
We're looking for someone to work on Fridays and Saturdays!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inquiries, consultations, and bookings
  • Control check-in, check-out, key exchanges
  • Provide information, 24/7 guest assistance (within your shift)
  • Create listing descriptions and guests' instructions as needed
  • Interact with guests and Airbnb regarding their reservations
  • Work closely with the Cleaning Team and Handyman
  • Perform customer support for the users of our pricing management software

Requirements:

  • MUST:
    - High level of writing and speaking English
    - Ability to manage unusual situations without explicit instruction
    - Creative problem-solving
    - The doer personality
    - Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach
    - Analytical mindset
    - Confident computer user
  • Preferable:
    - Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education
    - Experience working in the travel business
    - Experience working with Airbnb
    - Experience working remotely

We offer:

  • Work in the young, ambitious, and professional team
  • Shift's schedule: 9:00–17:00 Vancouver time (19:00–3:00 Moscow Time)
  • Monthly payments in cryptocurrency
  • The salary is 2500 RUB per shift (you will work mostly on Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Working under a Job Subcontract
  • Fully remote job
