Product manager (marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Product category management including mix management, in/out process, benchmarking, price positioning and forecasting for novelties;
• Pricing, margin management;
• Monitoring of the competitors assortment & pricing;
• B2B and marketplaces assortment and pricing management;
• Consulting for product communication (packaging, PLV materials, website and marketplaces cards, etc);
• Budgeting process (pricing strategy and forecasting at SKU level);
• Analysis of results at campaign / category / product level;
• Work with client feedback for products.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably – economics, marketing);
• Experience as product/brand manager 3+
• English language - upper-intermediate;
• Excel advanced user (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, etc);
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze a large amount of information and make conclusions/develop recommendations to business;
• Strong communication skills;
• Teamplayer;
• Multitasking;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Experience in Beauty market as an advantage.
