HR BP Retail / HR Manager

Job duties:

• Recruitment for office and retail positions
• Acting as HR BP for retail personnel and tracking related expenses
• Building up training materials and holding HR trainings for personnel
• Management of HR Admin provider and coordinating related HR Admin procedures
• Participation in other HR projects
• Analitics and relevant reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment in telecom, retail industries from 3 years,
• 1C knowledge,
• Proficiency in English spoken and written is a must with good communication skills,
• Can work under high pressure and rapidly changing environment,
• Result-oriented and problem solving attitude.
