Job duties:
- Recruitment for office and retail positions
- Acting as HR BP for retail personnel and tracking related expenses
- Building up training materials and holding HR trainings for personnel
- Management of HR Admin provider and coordinating related HR Admin procedures
- Participation in other HR projects
- Analitics and relevant reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment in telecom, retail industries from 3 years,
- 1C knowledge,
- Proficiency in English spoken and written is a must with good communication skills,
- Can work under high pressure and rapidly changing environment,
- Result-oriented and problem solving attitude.
What we offer:
- Additional health insurance after probation period.
- Work time Monday-Friday from 9 till 18.
