We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies for tobacco products to drive online traffic and sales
Create and manage promotional campaigns on social networks to increase brand visibility and engagement
Analyze and track ROI for all digital marketing initiatives to optimize performance and maximize results
Lead and mentor a team of freelances to execute marketing strategies and achieve targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and social media promotion
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
Excellent design sense and creativity
Knowledge of English language skills (B2+)

Working conditions:

Full remote work from any location
Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Madrid time)
Salary: 2000$ - 3000$ per month
Professional service contract
Payment to foreign banks
