Senior HR manager

Varx Software Development is a software company with a focus in iGaming Software Developing. We’re currently looking for a senior HR Manager to help the company to build up core processes. There is a potential growth toward a HRBP position.

Responsibilities

• Implement an effective system for the search, valuation and recruitment of personnel;

• Developing the core process to ensure sustainable growth and development;

• Development of the company's corporate culture, implementation of programs for adaptation; training, development and prevention of undesirable staff outflow;

• Carrying out investigations in response to employee complaints;

• Dealing with organisational administrative duties such as payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave requirements;

• Advising leadership members on new hires and terminations;

Qualifications

• Work experience in HR departments, companies belonging to the IT sector or companies with a developed IT function for at least 4 years;

• Proven successful experience in the field of search, selection, hiring and adaptation of IT personnel;

• Experience building processes from scratch;

• Professional and personal interest in the Fintech, Forex, Gaming, IT, Internet, Digital industries;

• A high degree of personal self-organization;

• English C1;
