Primary purpose of the position
· Strategic development of different groups of customers (Health Care Professionals and pharmacists)
· To partner with other functions to steer the development and implementation of best-in-class channel mix strategies for dedicated categories of customers
General duties and responsibilities
· Working with the Brand team during brand planning to identify the best channel mix to achieve strategic marketing goals
· Participation in brand planning from customer relationships department and ensuring coordination and collaboration between marketing and customer relationships department teams
· Building a cross-channel plan to implement the brand strategy
· Providing customer expertise during the development of a brand strategy for the new product initiatives
· Allocation the resources within customer relationships department for effective communication’ channel mix
· Tracking customer’ strategy implementation by channels (dashboards, deep-dive analysis)
· Identification and development of new communication’ channels for assigned group of brands
· Identification of new opportunities and risks during the implementation customer strategy (incl. mitigation plan development).
· Ensuring the development and application of digital, E-com tools, as well as new tools for all types of customers (HCPs, pharmacists)
· Initiation a system of feedback, best practice sharing and learnings to ensure continuous improvements and systematization of all experience in all departments (positive, negative in the company)
· Dashboard: create KPIs for each campaign/channel/total to track channel mix performance
· Ensuring the initiation of common / end-to-end KPIs for customers performance
· Providing customer expertise during the development of a brand strategy for the new product initiatives
· Ownership of the implementation of the customer strategy for the new product initiatives
Qualification/Skills
· Experience in working in pharma industry more than 5 years
· Strong commercial, trade marketing, field force background (both in FMCG and Pharma industries);
· Experience in digital and e-com channels development.
· Omni/ multi-channel management experience – most likely acquired in both FMCG and Pharma industries
· Financial management experience: allocation resources, GP/CM/ ROI calculation, additional resource justification and utilization.
· English: Upper-Intermediate
· Project management profile, rigorous
