We are looking for an experienced C developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the server side of our card issuing and acquiring solution.

If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a C back-end developer, you’ll work closely with our business team, architects, and analysts to ensure system consistency and improve business functionality.

Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable applications to meet our company’s needs.

Responsibilities

Write clean code to develop functional applications
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Address technical and design requirements
Collaborate with other teams to integrate the application with other IT landscape elements
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Liaise with analysts, developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
Follow emerging technologies

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a C back-end developer
In-depth understanding of the entire software development process (design, development, and deployment)
Working knowledge of Linux or/and UNIX/POSIX, IPC, sockets, TCP/IP
Familiar with SQL92. Prefered experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Familiarity with payments and payment cards technologies as a plus
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
