CSM Role Overview:
As a CSM, you will be in charge of customer relationships, ensuring our service and product not only align with but significantly impact the success metrics of our clients. You will build strong, partnership-based relationships, making clients see you as an integral part of their success and or products - as an essential part of their business.
Key Focus Points:
- Enhance End-User Adoption Rate.
- Drive Revenue Increase.
- Minimize Churn.
- Proactively guide clients towards success
(understand pains, set KPIs, and pursue goals).
- Ensure customers understand the value brought by our products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client companies.
- Deliver tailored solutions for unique client challenges.
- Address key client sign-off risks effectively.

Who are we looking for:
You are an adaptable person who's able to self-educate to get a strong grasp of our product and industry. The ideal candidate is results-focused, understands customer needs, and balances genuine care with strategic guidance. Assertiveness, clear boundary-setting, and a team player attitude are essential for this role. You have to have a proven track-record of success as a CSM in IT.
Required experience:
- Customer Success Manager for more than 2 years.
- Experience with the SaaS industry.
Salary: AED 9,000 - 13,000 + KPI-based Bonuses
