Material Requisition Manager - Менеджер по техническому сопровождению закупок

ООО «НОВА ЭНЕРДЖИС», КЛЮЧЕВОЙ EPC ПОДРЯДЧИК ПРОЕКТА АРКТИК СПГ2, РАСШИРЯЕТ ПРОЕКТНУЮ КОМАНДУ И ПРИГЛАШАЕТ КАНДИДАТОВ НА ПОЗИЦИЮ МЕНЕДЖЕРА ПО ТЕХНИЧЕСКОМУ СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЮ ЗАКУПОК (MATERIAL REQUISITION MANAGER)

Responsibilties:

• Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and client regarding preparing Material Requisition (MR);
• Organizing and controlling the review of vendors' technical proposals and documentation by engineering;
• Manage the status of preparing MR and control maturity of them;
• Lead and manage the team of MR leads from various disciplines;
• Check MR documentation for compliance with project specifications and requirements;

• Solve issues on all stages of preparing MR and procurements;

• Work and manage data in specific software 1C;

• Conduct regular meetings with the discipline and Client as needed and follow up on the actions;

• Report to the engineering manager.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering, procurement and supply chain sectors, with at least five years in a leadership role;
• Proven track record of managing the material requisition process on large scale projects;
• Experience in conducting design reviews, vendor assessments, and risk assessments;
• Previous experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with other discipline leads, project managers, and clients;
• Experience in managing the team of MR leads from various disciplines;
• Experience in checking MR documentation and solving issues at all stages of preparing MR and procurements;
• Comprehensive knowledge of material requisition principles, industry practices, codes, and standards;
• Proficiency in utilizing MR software and tools, especially SPMAT, 1C;
• Familiarity with EPC contracts, vendor management, and project management methodologies;
• Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
