Support of Sales team on the following activities:
- Maintenance and coordination of the internal reporting:
- Budget and forecasting;
- Target achievement;
- Account receivables;
- Local and regional management reports.
- Support and coordination of administrative sales activities:
- Salesforce maintenance and reporting;
- Jira requests;
- Preparation of ad-hoc commercial reports;
- Tender procedure coordination;
- Participation in internal business meetings, taking the minutes with the following progress tracking;
- Manage and coordinate the signing of contracts and the related documents.
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Coordination with local functions (Legal, Finance, etc.);
- Ad-hoc business reporting (XLS, PPT);
- Incoming correspondence and inquiries management;
- Appointment scheduling assistance;
- Backup during AM absence.
Qualifications:
- Higher degree;
- Proven experience in a similar role within a sales or commercial environment;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Advanced level in using ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English (B2, C1).
