Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a tech lead or team lead
experience with React, Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript) from 4 years
acquaintance with functional approach - pure functions, side-effects, immunability
TypeScript - auxiliary types, type guards
proactive approach to tasks: assessment of the impact of tasks on the entire project
experience of communication with the client, the desire to dive into business
experience of continuous (daily, weekly, retro, clarifications, etc.) speaking English with a client in the last 1.5 years of work
