The project is in the health industry and consists of a mobile app and web application for a user and his doctor (psychologist/clinician/practitioner) to collaborate on self-esteem and other exercises that the user performs. The mobile app gives a set of mental, and emotional monitoring and breath exercises to be done by a patient, while his doctor can browse and see the patient’s progress in a connected web app. The technical stack is React Native, React, REST API, and Firebase services. The team includes a PM/business analyst, a full-stack engineer, and a QA engineer.

This full-time position will require 40 hours of your time weekly.

What you’ll do:

build new user flows and features for a cross-platform mobile app
integrate and improve the video call framework
directly contribute and influence mobile and front-to-back architecture, shape the foundation for the scalable data processing and storing

What you’ll need:

3+ years of mobile development experience
extensive experience with React Native framework and its most commonly used libraries
experience working with Typescript backends and cloud functions

As a plus:

experience with Firebase programming and configuration is a plus
experience with React web programming is a plus
