Role Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions;
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects you've worked on;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software;
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing;
• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on feedback;
• Additional Skills (Preferred): experience with motion design and animation, knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
