As the Product Owner of Mobile Bank Platform Services, you will assume responsibility for crafting a comprehensive product roadmap and executing it with dedicated experts team in scrum format. Your primary focus will involve development and improvement of registration and onboarding process, in-app navigation and features (main screen, profile, tapbar, search etc), customer support features (chat, FAQ, chatbot) and other universal features of application. You will collaborate with product owners of financial products (loans, cards, accounts) to create the first-class customer experience and ensure best convertion in all app flows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the inception and development of programs/features from the scratch, encompassing requirement gathering, research, and devising a product development strategy within a mobile application framework.
• Effectively manage the backlog of tasks, aligning them with client pathways and extensive research.
• Craft detailed Customer Journey Maps (CJM), screen flows, and articulate business processes within the application.
• Lead SCRUM team of dedicated experts, including UX/UI designer, system analysts/developers, QA and others.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics in conjunction with local business teams, focusing on conversion rates (sales funnel), Monthly Active Users/Daily Active Users (MAU/DAU), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Deeply understand customer behavior and needs to identify pivotal problem areas, enhancing the mobile application's efficiency.
• Participate actively in planning, development processes, sprint plans, reviews, and strategic sessions, contributing to requirement collection sessions.
• Innovate and modernize existing business processes centered on enhancing customer experience and optimizing client pathways.
• Initiate and engage in client research exercises, identifying needs, testing product hypotheses, and analyzing outcomes for further refinement.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years + as a Product Owner (working in a scrum team on an IT product, distributed team).
• Confirmed practical cases of launching and monetizing a product/features/functions.
• Preferred experience - fintech mobile applications (banks, neobanks, lending). Possible experience at delivery services, training, mobility, and sales of goods.
• English is a must.
