The mission
We are looking for Marketing Communication Manager, energetic and a highly skilled creative marketing professional who can strategize, optimize and broaden current marketing reach and introduce new promotional channels. We need a person with entrepreneurial mindset, with good understanding of consumers, with good digital approach and dedication on strategy to promote our brands.
The Role
- Close work with Media agency, deal negotiations and buying, recommendation on media strategy, ROI and etc
- Digital strategy development for 4 brands in portfolio: pitch of suppliers and choose the best supplier for all brands
- Close work with the Brand teams on execution of Media and Digital projects.
- To plan and schedule marketing promoting media /digital/PR activities according to overall Marketing calendar (short-term & long-term): internal strategy of promoting events (our in-house channels + performance marketing and digital campaigns);
- To manage the company’s Social Media and other digital channels performance;
- To identify the new digital channels focused on growing the audience and maximizing sales revenue, lead the cooperation with such channels;
- To develop a deeper understanding of consumers and drive the future promotional campaigns and company digital direction;
- To develop and implement PR activities
- To develop and implement advertising campaigns
- To collect, analyze and report effectiveness of advertising campaigns (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.) depending on the channel and type of campaign;
- To participate in analyzing market and consumer trends in order to be able to recommend changes to digital marketing strategy;
- To meet and collaborate with the agencies/partners. Perform briefs, explain our marketing strategies/ campaigns;
- To understand, calculate and explain efficiency of the payback of marketing campaigns;
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, agencies, finance, Global Category) to develop insight led and relevant actions/communication for digital campaigns;
- To analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies, products and offerings;
- To manage budget (incl. preparation) and regular updates;
- To process applicable documentation, payments, contracts.
The Candidate
- Higher education in Marketing
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in FMCG
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, social media management, PR and print media
- Good understanding of IT issues that could be used in digital marketing
- Analytical skills (to see connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes problems)
- Strong project management skills and ownership
- To understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools that are involved in digital marketing
- To be able to present in front of senior leaders, inspire others and build a “buy-in” attitude.
- Ability to influence at all levels, including executive leaders global, regionally and in-country
- Enthusiastic and ppen minded with innovative approach in doing things
- Passion for IT and digital
- Willingness to take on challenge and “Can-do” attitude
