Your Role and Impact:

We are in search for a seasoned colleague with expertise in Digital Marketing and operations to lead the business efforts in India (Office in Gurugram) - relocation package provided. The KIT Global Executive Director is entitled to oversee all business operations within India with full profit, revenue, financial and service quality responsibility alongside with the Country Manager India.

Work closely with the Global Leaders to develop and execute local Go-To-Market strategy for KIT Global Digital Marketing Services;
Develop and control India budgets, financial forecasts, and detailed annual business operating plan;
Achieve annual growth, sales targets, as well service quality objectives;
Produce business performance reports to Regional or KIT Global on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
Expected to recruit and manage local teams, including performance monitoring, and coaching;
Brand Ambassador of KIT Global at the local level, engaged in daily communication with key customers, partners and industry peers;
Report to Global CEO.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, expertise and deep insight in the media, advertising, and digital marketing industry, excellent network to decision makers;
A leader with 5+ years general management experience, sharp business acumen, social responsibility, and experience in the Indian work environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and communication skills;
Highly creative with excellent analytic abilities to extract and analyze data, make recommendations, and execute towards desired results; goal oriented with a drive to win;
Ability to negotiate and lead strategic collaborations with multiple partners; experience in directing cross-functional teams.
