The Role
- Analyze market, competitors, and consumer trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the brand.
- Develop and execute brand communication strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager and creative agency.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) and product-centric projects, fostering strong cooperation with R&D, quality, finance, and production teams.
- Manage the brand's product portfolio, including packaging updates and addressing day-to-day operational needs across various functions.
- Run brand activations across retail, BTL, e-commerce, and digital channels, working closely with the media manager, Sales, and Trade Marketing (TM) teams.
- Contribute to the development of brand strategy within annual planning cycles, aligning with business and brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead various projects outlined in the annual brand plan, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare strategic and tactical presentations for related projects and the annual brand cycle, including delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, TM, R&D, production, finance, agencies, and the global team to implement the annual brand plan effectively.
- Manage the brand budget and document flow to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
The Candidate
- Higher Education in Marketing / Economics or other related sphere
- 2+ years experience as Brand Manager ideally in international FMCG
- Strong Analytical skills (market, consumer, sales, financial data)
- Experience and willingness to be involved in strategy
- Experience with NPD is a plus
- Good project management skills
- Team player with integrity
- English
