Key responsibilities:
- Realization of the IIB's policy on external and internal communication;
- Сreation of newsworthy occurrence, preparation of materials broadcast on behalf of the Bank;
- Development of content in Russian and English, texts for press releases, official and unofficial appeals, presentations, reports, news, interviews, comments, etc.;
- Monitoring of references about the Bank in the media landscape, preparation of answers on mass media inquiries (in Russian and English);
- Ensuring the actual content of the Bank's website and the Bank's presence in social media, development of the Bank's external communication channels;
- Leading PR activities organized by the Bank or held with participation of the Bank and its representatives;
- Cooperation with the Bank’s partners in the framework of ongoing PR-campaigns;
- Preparation and update of the Bank’s basic information materials (Bank’s presentation, corporate profile, analytical reports on the Bank’s activities) on regular basis;
- Ensuring implementation of best practices of other international financial institutions.
Job requirements:
Education:
- University degree in PR, journalism, international relations.
Work experience:
- Proved experience in PR area at least 5 years;
- Working experience in the field of finance is considered as advantage;
- Work experience in international organizations and/or international banks and/or development banks and/or commercial banks is preferred.
Knowledge, skills and competencies:
- Profound knowledge of theory and practice of PR activity, knowledge of financial therminology;
- Ability in short order to write high-quality texts of high complexity on financial topics, bilingual news, press releases, articles, interviews;
- Analytical skills in working with information sources;
- Advanced PC user (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel), knowledge of design programs as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign is preferred;
- Fluent English and Russian.
