Inspired by life and the concept of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS is developing its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). We are looking for the Head of Public Relations department who will be responsible for crafting and executing PR Communication & Media strategies of NAOS to enhance our brand awareness and reputation in Russia.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan strategies and budgets, management closely with the marketing & digital teams according to the targeted goals and strategic media plans & qualitative PR (print and digital)
- PR & Team Collaboration/ Inspiration mood for each of team members/ Team spirit and team unity; #HELLONAOS
- Making presentation of our products to professionals, answering questions and healthcare professional’s objections to the laboratory products and services
- Build and maintain favorable strong relationships with beauty-editors (Business, Beauty, Life Style), bloggers, doctors and partners in support of our product indications
- Determine & develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders who will be able to enhance the professionalism of the company
- Communication and assisting the launch of new products
- Support BUM & legal manager in GR & PR projects
- Be ‘Brilliant at Basics’, driving the information and inspiration to ensure the brand is winning at the engagement and preference, has strong visibility, enhanced content, activities and is at the forefront of trends/ Lead projects that will create a point of difference for our consumers, driving traffic to the website and market share gains
- Social Media Manager: community coordination manager, analysis, social channels development Support the Digital Manager in planning specific adv campaigns: programmatic, referrals, CPA, display adv., SEM / SEO, lead campaigns etc, in collaboration with the agencies and the international team. Statistical online and performance analyzes (KPI) and monthly production of reports based on the target audience reach & traffic acquisition efficiency.
- Analysis of the brand: reputation, sentiment, buzz.
- Attending and organizing the press events, conferences and meetings
- Competitive intelligence and reporting of information to his superiors on monthly and weekly basis (including the PR clippings & media performance to Campus)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in international companies (preferable in the same industry), at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of native social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), influencer management and PR tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management abilities, experience in working with agencies to drive results
- A creative mindset with experience in generating insightful content for use across multiple communications channels
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, adept at presenting information effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work cross functionally
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capturing brand tone and visual cues
- Proactive approach and positive attitude.
