We are currently looking for a Software QA Team Lead to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

● Organize and execute the processes of Software QA;● Management, mentoring and evaluation of QA team members;● Execute functional, regression, smoke testing;● Own QA documentation, participate in writing regulatory documentation;● Own formal process of defect management (discovery, investigation, correction, communication);● Close cooperation with other teams (product, development, research, data and compliance);● Own release documentation (changelogs, release docs);● This position reports to the Head of QA and Regulatory Affairs;

Knowledge & Skills:

● Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare (optional but highly desired);● Experience leading software testing teams;● Experience testing web, API and mobile applications;● Technical background (some proficiency with linux console, git, REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON is expected);● Knowledge of test design techniques;● Experience with writing documentation and requirements analysis;● Understanding of agile methodologies;● English from B2 level;
