Head of treasury department (fluent English, hybrid work format)

Foreign company is looking for Heaf of treasury department (4 subordinates, production non-food, Moscow office and 2 plants in Russia).

Conditions:

Full employment, hybrid wokr format ( 40% of time you can work out of the office).Office in the centre of Moscow.

Salary fixed from 260 000 rub net.Compensation package: medical insurance, life insurance, meal compensation, education, corporate discounts.Tasks:

Treasury team management: workload control, coaching, development and motivation

Dayly management of treasury operations, security of financial transactions

Contract validation, foreign control, hedging and other instruments, bank accounts management

Financial KPIs management in the area of responsibility (NFP, Overdue, DSO, DPO & DIO)

Planning, CF budgeting and re-forecasting, BLS building

Month end reporting, security of accuracy of cash reporting, plan-fact regular analysis

Working Capital control and optimization

Negotiation for best tariffs for bank operations, market rates tracking

External financing, relations with banks, negotiation of limits, WACC optimization

Covenants control and planning, bank related documentation

Best allocation of available cash, management of short term deposits

Internal financing: tracking cash flows of all LLCs, determination of cash gaps, documentation, cash pooling implementation

Capex payment management in accordance with investment plan

Internal controls assesment and financial risks mitigation

Annual audit support

Participation in projects including localization: New business processes, responsibilities inside the treasury team

Optimization of treasury processes, automation, review and implementation of cash forecasting models

Requirements:Degree in finance or accounting.Experience from 2 years in a leadership position in Treasury (manufacturing industry preferred)

Solid understanding of accounting rules and government policy, deep understanding of financial processes and cash management, knowledge of financial instruments

Good knowlege of SAP, 1C, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially perfect knowledge of Excel
