Currently, we are looking for a Software Product Owner to join our team working in the domains of AI-based translation, grammar correction, big linguistic data processing, and similar. We need an advanced, talented, creative person with abilities to take utmost care of these products. This person will manage and coordinate our international team efforts to develop, redesign and improve our outcome. Such person fills the point position in our production chain of the high-end consumer oriented software. We expect the ability of making a considerable contribution to the improvement of our product line, from proposing the brilliant ideas to managing the development process to satisfy refined customers' expectations.

This position is currently opened in our office in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. You are welcome if you have a proven experience in the software product ownership and a higher education in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Linguistics or similar. Of course, you must have an excellent spoken and written command of English. We develop linguistic software, so the knowledge of other foreign languages is a significant advantage. We expect from you the abilities to motivate our people to create the top rank software products.

You will be in charge of:

Taking care of one (or more) of our linguistic software products;
Proposing the ideas to improve our products with account of modern UX trends and study of similar rivaling products;
Defining product features according to the customer needs;
Leading the development process, managing and prioritizing product backlog items;
Communication and management of the distributed international team to improve supervised products;
Keeping top management informed of the status of the supervised product.

We expect:

Minimum of six years of proven experience in software product ownership, the more the better;
Knowledge of Agile environment to continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks;
Developing, owning, and executing product roadmap;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire team for high-end product creation;
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen;
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability;
Prioritization skills with the attention to details.
