Responsibilities:
- Consumer: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing shopper/ customer data and turning them into actionable insights and plans
- Competition: Monitor competition and market activities to develop winning SOM strategies
- Customer: Lead Joint Business Planning process and Customer development via categories expertise and worldwide best practices sharing to drive future joint business
- Perfect Store: Lead development and implementation of perfect store in customers (taxonomy, visibility & search, permanent and occasional extra placement, content, R&R, etc) and ensuring performance of tools efficiency
- Advertising: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue
- Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce sales team on revenue forecasts, portfolio, prices offers, investments to focus resources. Build strong partnerships with brand-marketing, DX-teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Agency: Manage eCom agency to enable strategic planning, efficient execution, and continuous optimization
- KPIs: Define critical metrics, establish benchmarks and regularly communicate performance of investments.
- Budget: Manage marketing budget, based on category priorities and performance efficiency to drive profitable growth.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Marketing experience in eCom (retail & FMCG)
- English C1
- Understanding of FMCG e-commerce market, Consumer & Shoppers insights, understanding of financial metrics, ability to collect, analyze information and transfer into actions
- Good knowledge of ecom marketing tools (mastery in off site/on site activation tools and analytics)
- Selling & negotiation skills to drive business outside (Customers) and inside of organization (peers, colleagues, top management)
- Understanding of Customer business and KPIs
- Passionate about eCommerce and eager to learn
- Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
- Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Happy to operate in hectic multi-functional environment
