Senior Content\PR Manager

At our international IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, we're on the hunt for a key player - a Senior Content Manager.

With our team already comprising an SMM specialist, designer, and content manager, we're seeking someone who will curate and lead our small yet fiercely ambitious team, elevating Lucky Hunter to new heights and forging partnerships with top-tier IT companies and startups.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Management: Overseeing the tone of voice of our company, revamping our website, and enhancing articles and presentation texts to ensure effective lead conversion.

• PR Management: Engaging with media outlets, securing impactful publications, initiating CEO appearances on YouTube channels, podcasts, conferences, awards, and more.

• Accountability for Metrics: Monitoring website traffic, article conversion rates, and the company's search engine rankings to continually improve performance, necessitating a solid grasp of SEO principles.

• International Company Promotion: Focusing on expanding Lucky Hunter's presence in key markets such as the UAE, USA, and Europe.

• Oversight of the PR and Content Department: Setting objectives aligned with our goals and ensuring their timely execution.

• Innovation and Analysis: Generating fresh ideas, conducting thorough analyses, proposing new solutions to achieve our objectives, and thinking creatively to overcome challenges.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR/content management.

• Prior experience in the IT industry.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher is a must.

• Deep understanding of SEO principles; extensive SEO knowledge is a significant advantage.

• Strong writing skills in both Russian and English.

• Mature outlook on life and a solid understanding of the IT landscape.
