Head of Content (REMOTE)

Hey!

We are looking for a Head of Content for international Fintech Company. https://teorema-it.ru

The target audience in Thailand, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines

The marketing department is not that big, it consists of 8 people with their own area of responsibility. Most content is written in English, but each local team has a copywriter who manages local language copy

You will be responsible for the following:

• writing clear copy that drives conversions for ads, landing pages, and communications on a regular basis in English;

• writing web interface texts for buttons, pop-ups, titles, section names, error messages, instructions, etc.;

• offering creative ideas on how to improve brand performance;

• structuring content to make it easy to read and scan;

• connecting with designer, marketer and product manager;

• creating content policies, guides, glossaries, etc.;

• developing a tone of voice that reflects the brand's personality and values;

• manage localization process;

• upload content to the web-site and manage it.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Head/Team Lead);

• 3+ years experience in a global company, including international marketing;

• 3+ years experience in creating ads for digital/fintech products;
• 3+ years experience working with Figma, Jira and Miro;

• English level C1 as minimum and higher;​​​​​​​

• Prior experience working with trading sector (Forex markets);
