The12 Capital team, united by investment banking and venture capital experience, helps technology companies and corporations with a wide range of tasks - from investment strategy and support of fundraising process to building a business development strategy and/or participation in operational activities within the framework of strategic partnerships.

Position:

Investment Manager / Associate Director

Responsibilities:

Investment and consulting projects management and origination
Investment materials preparation (financial model, investment deck, consulting presentation)
Team management of 3-4 analysts/associates
Consulting on the value proposition for companies: customer development, market sizing, go-to-market strategy, growth strategy etc.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to perceive patterns and insights in complex data

Requirements:

Background: 3+ years of relevant experience in VC/PE/IB/management consulting + top-tier universities (HSE, MSU, etc.)

Hard-skills: MS Office, building financial models from scratch, fluent English

Soft-skills: entrepreneurial mind set, collaborative, goal-orienteered
