Are you a data-driven digital marketing manager with a passion for driving growth in LATAM? We are searching for a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead lead generation efforts across the LATAM region.

This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in B2B lead generation. You will own the entire digital marketing funnel for LATAM, from planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to analyzing performance and optimizing strategies.

Your expertise in paid advertising, content creation, and conversion optimization will be crucial in driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.

Tasks:

  • Developing a lead generation strategy and tracking digital results in the region LATAM with a focus on Mexico.
  • Planning and launching advertising campaigns without relying on external agencies (channels - Google Ads, Facebook, instagram, linkedin + etc) with a focus on achieving measurable results and meeting target indicators for CPO, ROMI.
  • Writing texts (advertising, landing pages, letters, articles)
  • Interaction with colleagues from marketing and BDR, sales in order to improve conversions and quality of leads.
  • Monitoring the activities of competitors, as well as market trends, preparing reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Testing new channels and tactics, conducting research and ab-testing for better achieving business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling advertising campaigns in channels such as Google, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook and achieving CPO reduction and increasing ARR and ROMI.
  • Experience in B2B software is desirable
  • English is good spoken from B2
  • Basic email marketing skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles and strategies for attracting quality traffic
  • Experience in optimizing content, messages, creatives on landing pages
  • Knowledge of web analytics services (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SMM
  • Spanish (native speaker living in Mexico ideally), a very big plus, if also speaks Portuguese
  • Desirable: Experience in conducting webinars
  • Experience in running ABM campaigns will be a plus
