Responsibilities: - Online strategy development and implementation by all categories: Development & implementation MP's (1P + 3P) online strategies that harness sales-related insights, and new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
- Budgeting & Efficiency: Developing strategies to make recommendations for best investment tactics for Seb e-commerce development in MP’s perimeter. Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
- Market tools & best pricties implementation: Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices (especially marketplaces tools & retail media).
- Communication & Negotiation with partners: Developing and maintain effective and strategic relationships with SEB partners. Responsible for collaborating with retailers & cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the Seb eCommerce business including, business planning, promotional campaigns, web analytics and other online marketing in marketplaces perimeter.
- Team Management and Progress Monitoring / Cross-functional teamwork: Team management and focus to achieve results. Development high-quality targeted analytics of business metrics to improve team performance. Cross-functional projects participation to enforce eCommerce development are incorporated.
Requirements: - Significant proven experience in e-com marketing from 3-5 years
- Experience of brands & products development on MP's
- Deep knowledge of digital tools, such as Retail Media, Yandex Metrics, SEO and analytics tools (Sellemantics, MP stat, etc.)
- Proactive, result oriented, responsible.
- Exceptional attention to details, stress-resistant, good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excel & PPT: Advanced User
- English: Upper-Intermediate
