What you will do:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into system requirements.
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to design and implement effective solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, to communicate requirements and system designs.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
