The immigration startup Migrator (based in California) is looking for an active and goal-oriented business assistant. We are a startup backed by a venture fund.

The main idea of the project is to facilitate immigration to the US and cut the average product cost in half thanks to artificial intelligence.

The founder of the project, Alex Pudov, has over 15 years of experience in business. He independently built an educational company in Eastern Europe with an annual turnover of over 5 million dollars without investments. Alex is ready to share his experience and become your mentor.


What will be the responsibilities in this position and who are we looking for?

Profile of the Applicant:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Proven experience in administrative or assistant roles.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Experience in sales and negotiations

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).

Responsibilities:

- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for CEO company.

- Coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials.

- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Conducting research and collecting data to support projects.

- Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

- Maintaining and organizing files and databases.

- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of the business.

  • Search for company partners. Conducting initial meetings.
