Demand Planning & Supply Management Manager

Position: Sr. Specialist Demand & Supply Planning & Order Management​​​​​​​

City of residence: Moscow

Requirements:

• Higher professional, SCM, Mathematical or Finance.

  Desirable Pharma education.

• At least 5+ years of experience in the demand and supply planning field or supply chain consulting (desirable from Pharma background).

• Deep knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning;
• Problem Solving skills;
• Understanding/experience of pharmaceutical supply chains.
• High understanding of Statistics in forecasting process.
• Communication experience with internal and external suppliers.
• Teamwork with international teams and suppliers.
• High proficiency in excel, formula, graphical representation and data analysis.
• Experience on planning tools like Kinaxis and/or SAP APO mandatory.
• Experience of presentation to top management.
• Financial understanding of cost, revenue, profit and loss.
• Ability to manage risks and mitigate.
• Ability to manage large projects.
• Experience of new products launch projects management (tracking, Gantt charts and PowerPoint).
• English fluency must be at professional level.
• Team management and cross functional experience.
• Soft skills, confident attitude with high learning index.

Role Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​​​​​Follow the internal cycle of sales, production planning and supply.
• Participate in the process of confirmation of orders to distributors.
• Upload agreed forecasts in regional planning system (Kinaxis) according to established deadlines.
• Stock level control: daily analyzing of stock level, raising issues, priorities in the morning daily meetings, check of supply planned Vs shipped, communicating with colleagues and partners.
• Sales data analysis, trend catching, expediting of supplies, taking decisions to secure product availability in market.
• Escalation on time for delays/potential risks and delays in supplies.
• Participate in planning meetings, as well as other supply and logistics issues.
• Monitor and control the launch of new products, communication with colleagues from different departments, coordinate the information for distributors, timelines, SAP extension for RU market.
• Help in preparation of information for S&OP meetings.
• Place purchase orders and coordinate the production and supply process of other manufacturers.
• Keep track of expiring leftovers and keep colleagues in other departments informed.
• Drive/control artwork changes and transitions jointly with suppliers and regulatory departments.
• Participate in the process of confirmation of orders to distributors.
• Prepare the necessary reports (forecast data and summaries, shelf life control, monthly KPIs – Backorder, sales loss, OTIF, Air/Sea ratio, stock coverage, supplies planning excels, order tracking etc.).
