Junior Product Manager

Who we are searching for:

A Junior Product Manager to join our product team, who will assist in product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving the overall user experience and product growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
• Coordinate the work of UX designers and developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and participate in sprint planning and goal setting.
• Monitor compliance with deadlines, participate in backlog prioritization, and set goals for sprints for designers and developers.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare product materials.
• Interact with clients and coordinate technical support efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take a hands-on approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere.
• Skilled at effectively working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Minimum upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
