Who we are searching for:

A Junior Product Manager to join our product team, who will assist in product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving the overall user experience and product growth.

Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
Coordinate the work of UX designers and developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and participate in sprint planning and goal setting.
Monitor compliance with deadlines, participate in backlog prioritization, and set goals for sprints for designers and developers.
Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare product materials.
Interact with clients and coordinate technical support efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take a hands-on approach.
Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere.
Skilled at effectively working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Minimum upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
