An international fast growing group of financial companies with representative offices around the world including London, Dubai, Podgorica is currently looking for Head of treasury to join its front office team to support the operational delivery of financial products and services to its clients all over the world.
The company’s team has a strong and unique expertise in the field of payments industry, fintech and project management industry.

Key responsibilities:

Analysis of transaction prospects and coordination with Relationship Managers:

Defining transaction strategies and aligning with Relationship Managers on pricing and routing strategies, including selection of companies, banks, and payment systems.
Analyzing and coordinating transaction costs, including supplier fees, bank charges, and other expenses.
Conducting reconciliations of completed transactions, verifying client and current balances.
Monthly preparation of profit reports
Detailed liquidity control and management, including monitoring cash flow and optimizing financial resources
Risk management through maintaining client balances in their original currencies (RM control)
Monthly analysis of infrastructure performance
Setting goals for infrastructure optimization and delegating authority to relevant teams
Accurate data entry into the AGORA system with strict quality control;

Requirements for the position include:

Higher education in economics and finance;
Experience in the financial sector (banks, brokers, investment projects, financial companies)
Proficiency in understanding the company's profile, specialization, and structure;
Advanced English language skills (at least C1 level);
Proficiency in Bitrix 24;
Strong negotiation skills;
Attention to detail, proactivity, and accountability for assigned tasks;
Ability to multitask effectively;
Understanding of market specifics.
