Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to work on existing large and interesting projects, as well as to work with new customers.

What you will do:

• Manage team and client expectations;

• Lead a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers, analysts, designers, testers, and user support specialists;

• Communicate project progress with all stakeholders from the client's top management to testers;

• Participate in brainstorming, propose ideas, and contribute to decision-making on task implementation;

• Organize and actively participate in regular team and client meetings;

• Сontrol project financials;

• Collaborate on scheduling work with the team;

• Ensure deadlines, results, and quality of implementation are met for the client;

• Active participation in sales.

Essential qualifications:

• Ability to work under high pressure;

• Practical experience in managing custom web or mobile service development for at least 3 years;

• Experience in managing a team of 5+ people;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely;

• Understanding of the project lifecycle for web and mobile app development;

• Knowledge and practical application of Hybrid project development methodologies;

• Ability to assign and delegate tasks effectively;

• Ability to sense and manage team and client morale;

• Initiative and proactive approach;

• Willingness to learn and leverage acquired experience.

• Strategic thinking;

• Experience working in product teams;

• Experience in the full project development cycle from Pre-sale to product release.
