Head of Sales B2B (Private Label, HoReCa, FoodService) - BDM + KA

The Role:

• Develop and articulate short- and long-term channel strategies for B2B channels
• Cultivate enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Design and execute annual revenue and profitability targets
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance to manage the channel portfolio effectively
• Identify emerging market opportunities and devise business solutions to drive growth
• Lead client projects, coordinating with internal teams including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Finance
• Implement programs to ensure channel targets are achieved
• Conduct negotiations with clients, including international contract deals
• Assume responsibility for financial and sales outcomes, including sales volumes, revenue, and P&L
• Maintain strategic alignment with all company functions on both strategic and day-to-day levels
• Uphold and promote the company's values internally and externally
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with the Export and Russian distributor’s sales teams

The Candidate:

• Higher degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial department within a prominent FMCG company
• Proficiency in private label, HoReCa, and/or B2B sectors
• Demonstrated experience in both direct and indirect people management
• Familiarity with strategic, financial, and operational facets of business
• Strong project management capabilities
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and innovative approach
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
