Responsibilities: - Development and execution of marketing communication campaigns
- Creative materials / key visuals development coordination incl. video creatives (TVC) shooting;
- Budgeting of expenses for assigned projects
- Documents flow control for assigned projects and contractors;
- Mediaplanning process control (agency briefing, review, control & optimization);
- Campaigns efficiency evaluation / results analysis & reporting;
- Promotion of the personal brand of the company's top officials.
Requirements: - Industry experience (oil&gas service / production of equipment for oil&gas production, scientific developments), knowledge of industry trends is required.
- Similar successful experience and expertise in building a product marketing strategy for at least 3 years in the leading role
- Experience working with complex technical/technological products (B2B segment, R&D).
- Extensive experience in conducting marketing research.
- Experience in developing communication strategies for promoting products, solutions and brand management (events, exhibitions, PR, modern digital tools and platforms, etc.).
- Having measurable achievements.
- Focus on results, energy and charisma, excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, a positive picture of the world.8
Conditions:
- Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
